Ministry Balm
This aromatic balm contains five prophetic oils which include: Henna, Hyssop, Cinnamon, Frankincense and Almond. These oils were carefully selected and blended together for those who are anointing and praying for others regularly.
Henna and Hyssop were chosen first because collectively they represent the application of the Blood of the Lamb. Henna comes from the Hebrew word kaphar which means to cover, make atonement, cleanse, disannul, forgive, be merciful, pardon, purge away and make reconciliation. Hyssop was the botanical used to apply the blood of the sacrificial lamb to the doorposts and lintels of each home on the night of Passover. It was also used to sprinkle the blood of the sacrifices in the Tabernacle of Moses.
The Hebrew word for cinnamon is qunnamown which means to be erect or upright. Symbolically it represents Jesus’ holiness as He was upright and blameless in all He did. In like manner, we are to be holy, as He is holy.
Frankincense comes from the Hebrew word laban which means to make or to become entirely white. Prophetically, frankincense represents absolute purity.
Through the imagery of the Lampstand in the Tabernacle of Moses, almond shows forth its prophetic significance as Spirit filled life and power.
As you pray for and anoint an individual with this balm, you are prophetically covering them in the Blood of the Lamb and imparting holiness, purity and Spirit filled life and power.
