Heart of David

David was a man after Gods own heart.  He was a worshiper in the fields as he tended his father's flocks...and God took notice.

Before assuming his position as King, David endured many years of hardship.  Nonetheless, God used all of it to prepare him to be a righteous King over Israel.  

Although David was a virtuous man, he was not without fault.  His sin cost both he and the nation of Israel a great price.  However, because David was a man after Gods own heart, he knew how to humble himself under the hand of God and cry out for forgiveness.  Is this not the true worshippers the Lord is searching for?  Those who will worship Him in Spirit and in truth!

Like David, each of us is prepared by God to reign with Him and to bring forth the kingdom of heaven.  

As those called to worship and rule with the 'Heart of David', this anointing is essential.
